Retail Asia will host the Retail Asia Summit – Hong Kong 2026 on 4 November 2026, bringing together senior retail leaders, luxury brand executives, and digital innovators to explore how Hong Kong’s retail industry is transforming through technology, sustainability, and evolving consumer expectations.

This year’s summit is themed “Hong Kong Retail Renaissance: Luxury Innovation, Data-Rich Experiences & Cross-Border Commerce,” reflecting the city’s renewed momentum as a global destination for luxury retail and high-value shopping experiences.

As Hong Kong continues to reinforce its status as a leading retail and luxury hub, the sector is increasingly embracing digital-first strategies, personalised customer engagement, and sustainability-led initiatives.

The summit will explore how retailers are using AI, AR/VR, and advanced analytics to reshape customer journeys, strengthen loyalty, and enhance performance in a highly competitive environment.

Key discussions will also look at how cross-border commerce and emerging technologies are enabling more seamless, experience-led retail ecosystems, whilst balancing innovation with responsible and sustainable growth.

Speakers include Kei Hasegawa, partner and Hong Kong and Taiwan office manager at YCP; Julien Bourdiniere, senior partner of consumer goods and retail, Southeast Asia at Roland Berger; and Charlie Reid, managing director and partner at Boston Consulting Group.

The Retail Asia Summit – Hong Kong 2026 offers a strategic platform for industry leaders to understand how the city is redefining luxury retail through a blend of innovation, digital experience, and global connectivity.
