Abu Dhabi, UAE – The United Arab Emirates strongly condemned the renewed Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
It affirmed that these attacks constitute a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region.
Furthermore, they represent a clear violation of the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
Solidarity with Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in an official statement, affirmed Abu Dhabi’s full solidarity with Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.
It also confirmed its support for all measures taken by these countries to protect their security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
Furthermore, it emphasized that the security of the Gulf states and Jordan is an integral part of Arab security.
Achieving security and stability in the region
The UAE reiterated its firm rejection of any hostile acts targeting civilians, vital facilities, or infrastructure.
It warned that the continuation of such attacks would only exacerbate tensions
and undermine efforts to achieve security and stability in the region.
Abu Dhabi called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and take a decisive stance to halt the escalation.
It also emphasized the need to promote diplomatic solutions and dialogue to spare the region further crises,
thereby preserving regional security and safeguarding international peace.
