Katie Price has said she believes her husband Lee Andrews has been ‘kidnapped’ in Dubai

12:07, 18 May 2026Updated 12:13, 18 May 2026

Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has been reported as a missing person, it has been reported. The former glamour model believes Lee may have been abducted while in Dubai.

A missing person report was lodged with police five days after Katie’s last conversation with her fourth husband. Over the weekend, Katie posted a video on her YouTube channel, expressing her fears for Andrews’ wellbeing, whom she wed earlier this year after a whirlwind romance lasting just days.

Insiders reveal that Katie remains in regular communication with Lee’s relatives as they anxiously await updates on his whereabouts. Katie’s final conversation with her husband took place on Wednesday evening, during which he told her that individuals were “coming for him”, that his hands had been bound, and that he was being held in the rear of a van.

He has since ceased responding to her calls, and the location tracking on his mobile has been switched off. “Lee is officially a missing person now,” an insider informed The Sun. They continued: “Katie is in constant contact with his family and is desperately worried. And she’s mortified – she’s seen people calling it a stunt and that she must be in on it, but she’s absolutely not. This is such a worrying, upsetting situation.”

Lee had been scheduled to depart from Muscat International on Monday evening to join Katie on Good Morning Britain the following day. Despite forwarding footage to his wife and the ITV production team demonstrating his presence at the airport, he nevertheless missed his departure. Katie revealed that issues connected to Lee’s purported business ventures had emerged, demanding his immediate focus, reports the Mirror.

Addressing viewers directly on Saturday evening, Katie stated she had been “forced” to tackle the rumours swirling around her husband. “The truth is, Lee has been missing for three days,” she revealed, continuing: “The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10 O’Clock, he was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me.

“Lee was trying to get through the border near Hatta and, oh God, this is so discombobulating. His location went off at 10:03, Wednesday night, that’s the last contact anyone’s had, his family and me. This is the third day now, obviously, he phoned me before the location went off. He’s in the middle of nowhere, obviously, I’m worried.”

Hatta is a Dubai enclave situated high within the Hajar Mountains, roughly an hour’s drive from the city centre. Katie continued, explaining that by Thursday, Lee had gone completely silent, with her messages failing to deliver. His relatives also reportedly expressed alarm, leading Katie and Lee’s family to alert Dubai police.

She expressed unease, noting that she and Lee typically maintain “constant contact” and found it “worrying” that his phone’s location services had been switched off. She confirmed that nobody had managed to trace Lee’s whereabouts. “We’re now wondering, as far-fetched as it is, he’s a missing person,” she explained, before adding: “I don’t know if he’s been kidnapped.” She revealed that no trace of Lee had been found at any prison or police station.

Katie described it as “unsettling” that during their last FaceTime conversation, Lee was wearing a hood and told her he had been “captured, arrested or whatever”.

She continued: “He had ties around his hand, not handcuffs, and a hood, and he said ‘Look, they’re coming back for me,’ that is the last FaceTime call I had. Then his phone went dead.” The former model confirmed that the head of the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) was investigating Lee’s disappearance.

The Mirror has approached the Commonwealth and Foreign Office.
