Foley Hoag has again been ranked by India Business Law Journal as a top foreign law form for India-related work, marking the sixteenth year the firm has been included on the Top Foreign Law firm list. The firm was included in the “Firms to Watch” category.
Foley Hoag continues to be active in India, including work representing the Republic of India in the ongoing UNCITRAL investment arbitration initiated by Maxis Communications and Global Communication Services. The firm’s private capital group is also active in India, advising a number of investors with Indian assets.
Now in its twentieth edition, the Top Foreign Law Firms report ranks firms for their commitment and engagement with the Indian market. Rankings are based on firms’ activity in India as well as conversations with in-house counsel and Indian law firms.
