In the very heart of Central — just steps from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong and nestled within ifc mall — an elegant pop‑up boutique invites guests to pause, indulge, and reconnect with simple pleasures.

This pop‑up is a natural extension of the Hotel’s celebrated Cake Shop, bringing the craftsmanship of Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan and his team directly to the city’s bustling centre. Freshly baked daily in the Hotel’s pastry kitchen, the collection brings together exclusive pop‑up creations, and signature Cake Shop favourites, complemented by limited‑edition releases unveiled monthly.

From morning grab‑and‑go selections for nearby office professionals to indulgent afternoon treats worth sharing, every piece is crafted with care and baked fresh each day.

Address
Kiosk LA15, Podium Level 1, IFC Mall, 8 Finance Street, Central

Opening Hours
From August 4, 2026 to February 14, 2027
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Velvet Indulgence: The Signature Highlight

Taking centre stage are the Baked Japanese Cheese Tarts, available in Vanilla (HKD 280) and Kyoto Matcha (HKD 300).

Made with premium Japanese eggs and Hokkaido cream for exceptional richness and aroma, each tart reveals a lusciously soft and velvety texture paired with a crisp tart shell. The Kyoto Matcha variation features premium matcha sourced from Kyoto, lending refined depth and gentle bitterness to balance the creamy filling. Perfectly sized for sharing, they make an elegant centrepiece for gatherings or office celebrations.

Fresh Morning Favourites

Designed with Central’s professionals in mind, new breakfast grab‑and‑go selections are available on weekdays from 8:00 to 10:30 am, perfect for a happy, flavour‑filled start to the day.

  • Japanese Egg and Bacon Semolina Bread with Fruit Juice (HKD 82)
  • Ham and Emmental Cheese Croissant with Fruit Juice (HKD 74)

Featuring premium Japan Ran Oh eggs known for their rich flavour and vibrant yolks, these savoury creations are baked fresh daily and available for a limited time — ideal for busy mornings without compromising on quality.

Crafted Sweet Moments

For those seeking an afternoon lift, the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie selection offers indulgence with character:

  • Cashew Nut Chocolate and Rose Lychee (HKD 58)
  • Sicilian Pistachio Chocolate and Red Fruits (HKD 58)

Both cookies are built on a wholesome oatmeal raisin base. The pistachio variation features premium Sicilian pistachios, prized for their nutty depth and subtle fruitiness, while Valrhona 70% dark chocolate adds intensity and refinement.

Another distinctive creation is the Caramelized Brioche with Poached Pandan Crème (HKD 55). The buttery brioche is baked to achieve a deeply caramelized, crisp exterior, paired with fragrant pandan crème reminiscent of the comforting richness of butter melting over French toast.

Danish Collection & Cake Shop Classics

Alongside the exclusive creations, guests can also enjoy a curated Danish collection:

  • Raspberry Yogurt Bowtie Danish (HKD 36)
  • Orange & Chocolate Chips Danish (HKD 36)
  • Coconut Pineapple Danish (HKD 36)

A selection of beloved Cake Shop classics will also be available:

  • Macau-style Egg Tart: Pandan and Kaya / Classic (HKD 19)
  • Sliced Cakes: Red Velvet / Black Forest (HKD 78)
  • Petit Cakes: Pistachio Chocolate Raspberry / White Peach Charlotte / Shikwasa Pineapple / Chestnut Cherry (HKD 78)

Guests may also explore a range of Whole Cakes and curated gourmet gift selections.

Passport to Indulgence

Inspired by the joy of small discoveries, the Passport to Indulgence rewards guests for returning to savour more. With purchases made at the pop‑up, guests may collect stamps and enjoy exclusive treats along the way — a delightful incentive to revisit and explore the evolving collection.
