The Zora Delhi Convention Centre has pre-launched The Zora Estate, a new luxury event venue designed by wedding and event designer Abhinav Bhagat within its Open Canvas space at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Lodhi Road. The new venue has been developed to cater to luxury weddings, sangeets, corporate events, social gatherings, brand activations and large-format productions. Featuring a redesigned entrance and courtyard, The Zora Estate blends Indian design elements with a contemporary global aesthetic. The announcement follows the venue’s first year of operations, during which The Zora hosted more than 125 events. Located in central Delhi, the convention centre has established itself as a venue for weddings, corporate conferences, exhibitions, product launches and entertainment events. With the addition of The Zora Estate, the company is expanding its presence in the ultra-luxury events segment.Unlike its other event spaces, The Zora Estate will host only nine to 10 events each year. The venue will also adopt an invite-only model for site visits, with access limited to select media, event planners and prospective clients.According to the company, the limited number of annual events is intended to maintain exclusivity and position The Zora Estate as its flagship premium offering for bespoke celebrations and high-end events.Abhinav Bhagat, Founder, Abhinav Bhagat Events, said, “The first feeling we want guests to have when they enter is that they should feel the luxury in the air. The venue has been designed to feel breathtaking from the very first moment, with a beautiful entrance and courtyard. The aesthetic works for corporate events, weddings, sangeets, and every kind of celebration.”He added, “We wanted to create something Indian, but with a global approach. The Zora and I go a long way. I have seen this venue built from the ground up, and we’ve created beautiful events at Open Canvas even in its early stages. It’s a prestigious venue in central Delhi, and I’m glad to be pre-launching this new experience with them.”Vivek Tyagi, General Manager, Operations, The Zora, said, “The Zora has always been built as a canvas for imagination. With The Zora Estate, designed by Abhinav Bhagat, we’re creating a new venue experience that brings together premium infrastructure, central Delhi accessibility, and one of India’s most recognised design visions.”He added that the launch follows a successful first year across the venue’s Ballroom, Myst and Open Canvas spaces and reflects the company’s vision for the evolution of event venues in Delhi-NCR.The Zora showcased The Zora Estate to selected media, event planners, wedding professionals, influencers and industry partners on July 10 ahead of opening bookings.
