HONG KONG – The SURREALITY Mixed Reality (MR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Digital Art Exhibition will be jointly held by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and its Guangzhou Campus on June 16.

As one of the celebrations for HKUST’s 35th anniversary, this is the world’s first large-scale cross-region MR and AI art exhibition. It will exhibit artistic works of 50 distinguished digital artists from home and abroad, many of whom are recipients of world-famous art awards.

The HKUST’s Clear Water Bay campus in Hong Kong will showcase VR works with the theme of exploring the universe and underwater worlds. Visitors can experience surreal immersive art spaces powered by MR technology across the campus, while many heavyweight participating artists will explain their curated works in-person at the exhibition venue.

Ready to sparkle?

The Jewellery and Gem ASIA Hong Kong is set to take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from June 18 to 21.

As a must-attend event for jewelry professionals worldwide, it brings together over 1,100 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions to showcase the latest jewelry, gemstones, and innovative designs.

Visitors can also gain valuable market insights through expert talks, seminars, and interactive sessions while networking with retailers, wholesalers, and designers.

Cross-border e-commerce expo

The 9th 616 Global Cross-border E-commerce Festival and the 12th Shenzhen International Cross-border E-commerce Trade Expo in 2026, will take place from June 18 to June 20 at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian).

From smart logistics and payment solutions to overseas warehousing and global distribution, the expo provides a complete platform for businesses to expand internationally. Attendees can explore trending product categories, meet industry leaders, and join expert forums on artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and sustainable supply chains.

With networking opportunities and industry insights, this expo will be a good place to keep abreast of trends and unlock the full potential of the global cross-border e-commerce market.

Automotive supply

Striving to go global, mainland automotive manufacturer GAC Group is set to announce its Hong Kong ACTION 2.0 strategy and the launch of the new E9 model at the 2026 International Automotive and Supply Chain Expo (Hong Kong) on June 18 at AsiaWorld-Expo.

Building on the previous Hong Kong ACTION initiative, the upgraded 2.0 strategy will further consolidate GAC’s layout in products, services and ecosystem across the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
