Kerry Washington’s Slinky Leather LBD Is Dripping in Flowers

  • Kerry Washington made an appearance at an Apple TV even promoting her new show Imperfect Women on April 25 in California.
  • She wore a black leather dress with white floral embellishments for the occasion.
  • The dress came straight from the Erdem runway.

Kerry Washington brought some runway glamour to her latest outing. The actress stopped by Apple TV’s Imperfect Women FYC event in California on April 25 wearing a look pulled straight from the Erdem runway.

She slipped into a bold black leather strapless gown from the fashion house’s 2026 fall/winter collection, which featured a gathered waist and a full, ankle-length skirt. The edgy leather was offset with soft, romantic white floral embellishments that seemed to practically dangle from the dress. It was paired with a matching thick black choker, complete with its own stark white flower detail on one side.

Washington wore an ultra slick bun and rosy makeup look.

Washington complemented the edgy-meets-romantic look with a rosy pink makeup look and a strong black smokey eye. Her hair was parted in the middle and swept back into an ultra slick low bun.

Washington stars in Imperfect Women alongside Elisabeth Moss and Kate Mara. An adaptation of Araminta Hall’s novel of the same name, the Apple TV series follows women making, you guessed it, imperfect decisions. Washington stars as Eleanor, who sleeps with her recently murdered best friend’s husband.

For Washington, the difficult moral ambiguity of her character was part of what attracted her to the show. “We want people to be having those conversations about what friendship is and when do you cross the line?” she said to The Hollywood Reporter. “What makes a good friend, and when is it beyond repair? Those are questions we had on set all the time, like, ‘Is this okay?’ So I think the idea that people will be asking that question and having those conversations is exactly where we want people to be.”

The women on her new show may be imperfect, but her latest look? Pure perfection.

The dress is part of Erdem’s 2026 fall/winter collection.
