Not all heroes wear capes—sometimes they opt for red suits instead. On Tuesday evening in Las Vegas, Sandra Bullock made a rare red-carpet appearance to promote her forthcoming sequel, Practical Magic 2, during Warner Bros. Pictures’ special presentation at CinemaCon 2026.

While the event generated plenty of excitement around the studio’s forthcoming projects, it was Bullock’s look—a scarlet suit from the Gabriela Hearst Resort 2026 collection—that ended up being one of the most headline-grabbing moments of the night.

The ensemble consisted of a long blazer with peak lapels and a woven leather strap that circled the back, paired with matching high-waisted slacks with a built-in chain belt.

For a flirty spin, Bullock’s blazer was left hanging open to reveal a black leather bra underneath, just as it was originally styled in the collection.

Bullock attended the event to promote Practical Magic 2.

While visible underwear has been a trend for quite some time now, the past year has seen the stars truly embrace the leather brassiere, from Kristen Stewart’s vegan Fleur du Mal number layered under striped suspenders, to Charli XCX’s full BDSM approach at the premiere of her mockumentary film, The Moment.

To match the undergarment, Bullock slipped into a pair of pointy black pumps, and she punctuated everything with stacks of dangly diamond earrings. Her long wavy hair, meanwhile, was parted down the middle and rested on the shoulder of her jacket.

Practical Magic 2 will arrive in theaters in September 2026.

The last time Bullock did an official press tour was all the way back in 2022, for her action-adventure comedy The Lost City, costarring Channing Tatum, and for Bullet Train. After those releases, Bullock decided to take a break from acting. Now, she’s finally back for Practical Magic 2 (which will arrive in theaters on September 11). It didn’t take long for her to cast a spell on us once again.
