DUBLIN, IRELAND & TOKYO, JAPAN ( April 10, 2026 ) –

Unique X, the leading provider of digital cinema software solutions, and Imagica Entertainment Media Services, Inc. (Imagica EMS), the market leader in Japan for post-production and media services, today announced the signing of a full long-term agreement, building upon their original Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

This strategic partnership establishes a robust framework for an exclusive collaboration aimed at transforming and developing the cinema advertising business within the Japanese market. Under the terms of the finalized agreement, Imagica EMS, including its affiliated entities, will represent and assist Unique X in offering its sophisticated suite of products to sales agencies, exhibitors, and consumer brands in Japan.

The collaboration will initially focus on Unique X’s flagship advertising management solution, AdvertisingAccord (AA), along with its advanced Programmatic and Self-Service Portal modules. This technology is designed to bring new levels of efficiency, optimization, and monetization to the theatrical advertising supply chain. Today Advertising Accord delivers 1.2 billion cinema ad spots around the world annually, helping agencies and exhibitors maximise advertising revenue.

Furthermore, the partnership will support Imagica EMS to represent Unique X’s wider portfolio of cinema-related solutions. This includes the RosettaBridge Theatre Management System. RosettaNet Circuit Management System, part of a comprehensive suite of products that provides powerful tools for film distributors and exhibitors to streamline digital cinema operations and content delivery.
