Certain Stock options of Vir Biotechnology, Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 27-APR-2026. These Stock options will be under lockup for 61 days starting from 25-FEB-2026 to 27-APR-2026.

Details:

The company, its directors, and its executive officers have agreed with the underwriters, subject to certain limited exceptions, not to dispose of or hedge any of their common stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable for shares of common stock during the period from the date of the prospectus supplement through the date that is 60 days after the date of the prospectus supplement, except with the prior written consent of Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Leerink Partners LLC.
