The China Automobile Dealers Association released its half-monthly report on the passenger vehicle market for April, stating that during the first half of April, the passenger vehicle market transitioned from a post-Chinese New Year recovery phase in March to a short-term adjustment period. Overall demand exhibited a moderate decline compared to the same period in March. However, with the growing momentum from the Beijing International Auto Show in late April, the launch of several key new models stimulating consumer demand, and the pull from pre-May Day holiday car purchases, the passenger vehicle market is expected to steadily recover in the second half of April, maintaining a stable and positive operational rhythm. The passenger vehicle market in April will demonstrate certain resilience, with final sales projected to be roughly on par with those in March. Full-month terminal sales of passenger vehicles are anticipated to reach 16 million units.
