KG Mobility (hereafter KGM) announced on May 28 that it is opening a ‘3S Complex Dealership’ to provide customers with more convenient and differentiated services, enabling one-stop service from vehicle sales to maintenance.

The newly introduced ‘3S Complex Dealership’ will not only expand customer touchpoints but also strengthen the brand experience by utilizing the site of the KGM Bupyeong Service Center to operate as the ‘Incheon Bupyeong Dealership,’ where one-stop service is available.

On May 27 at 5:00 p.m., KGM held an opening ceremony to announce the launch of its first-ever ‘3S Complex Dealership.’ The event was attended by KGM Business Division Head Kwon Gyowon (Executive Vice President), Kim Gwangho, Head of the Service Business Division (Senior Vice President), Kim Myungcheol, CEO of the Incheon Bupyeong Dealership, and other relevant executives and staff.

In his welcoming remarks, KGM Executive Vice President Kwon Gyowon stated, “The significance of this 3S Complex Dealership lies in securing a hub that not only serves as a space for vehicle sales, but is also responsible for every aspect of our customers’ automotive life, from purchase to after-sales care,” adding, “We will continue to expand our network to greatly strengthen customer touchpoints and provide high-quality service.”

The newly launched 3S Complex Dealership utilizes approximately 2,000 pyeong (about 6,600 square meters) of land at the KGM Bupyeong Service Center, located in Bupyeong, Incheon. It is a comprehensive mobility space that brings together: ▲Sales, responsible for vehicle display, test drives, and purchases; ▲Service, offering fast and accurate vehicle inspection and repair; and ▲Spare parts, which maintains a full inventory of KGM genuine parts to support prompt maintenance.

In addition, it features a spacious garden, comfortable lounge areas, and even screen golf and golf practice bays available for everyone to use.
