The bankruptcy estate of Merpati (Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) has shrunk to about IDR2 billion rupiah (USD116,000) in remaining assets against roughly IDR11.4 trillion rupiah (USD664.2 million) in recognised debt, leaving limited recovery options for 1,225 former employees.

Total assets were valued at IDR331.6 billion (USD19.3 million), with over 95% already sold. One remaining asset is valued at about IDR15 billion (USD873,000), although execution costs and land control issues may reduce proceeds. Worker-related claims total IDR317.5 billion (USD18.5 million); wages have been fully paid, while only 20% of severance has been settled, with the remainder converted into debt acknowledgements.
