NEW DELHI, July 22 (Reuters) – Indian foreign minister S. Jaishankar said that he told his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on Wednesday that the two countries should address important aspects of their ties, particularly fair market access and trade balance.
“There are also concerns about predictability of supply chains … We also need to agree on the meetings of various mechanisms and platforms as per our mutual priorities,” Jaishankar said in a post on X after his meeting with Wang on the sidelines of a regional gathering in Manila.
