Sands China emerges Grand Winner at Employee Experience Awards 2026, Hong Kong

Avnet Hong Kong, OCBC Bank (Hong Kong), Société Générale, and more stood out at the annual awards gala, taking home multiple trophies across categories.

Sands China took centre stage at the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Hong Kong, clinching four golds, seven silvers, one bronze, and most impressively, the coveted title of Grand Winner.

Held on 26 June 2026 at Hotel ICON, the prestigious awards ceremony and gala dinner brought together over 150 HR leaders and professionals from across Hong Kong to celebrate organisations that place people at the heart of their strategies and are shaping inclusive, future-ready workplaces.

A highlight of this year’s edition was the introduction of the Triple Crown of Employee Excellence category. This accolade recognises organisations that have demonstrated consistent excellence by winning at least one award for three consecutive years. It honours companies that have shown sustained impact, innovation, and commitment in elevating the employee experience over time.
