Katie Price has revealed the real reason she won’t travel back to Dubai amid the ongoing drama with her husband Lee Andrews – but it isn’t really anything to do with him

Katie Price has revealed the real reason she won’t travel back to Dubai. The ex-glamour model, 47, stunned fans everywhere when she tied the knot with businessman Lee Andrews, who is based in the affluent country, earlier this year just two weeks after she met him.

He was was due to arrive in the UK in order to appear live on Good Morning Britain earlier this week but was a no-show. On Saturday, the star feared he may have been kidnapped, and his current whereabouts is unknown.

But now, Katie has given an update to fans where she claimed her decision to stay in the UK now is purely career-based so she can focus on creating content for her racy OnlyFans page.

She said: “I am glad to be back [in the UK].When I am out there, I cannot do my OnlyFans. When I am out there, I cannot do my OnlyFans.”

Speaking in a video posted to YouTube, she insisted: “I can’t do it when I am in the country there, so I can only do it here. When I am out there, I cannot do my OnlyFans.

The adult subscription platform, whilst not necessarily banned in the United Arab Emirates, is likely only accessible via a VPN and anyone caught creating or distributing content on it there is subject to a fine of around £102,000.

However, despite Lee has set up his own OnlyFans page and previously sold his own explicit content on the site, which has proved lucrative for many who choose to sign up, although he has previously claimed to be a billionaire.

Katie started her platform on the site in 2022, following on from close friend Kerry Katona, who has claimed to have earned more than £1 million from the venture, and TOWIE star Lauren Goodger.

It’s been a very turbulent 24 hours for the former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star, who on Saturday told her followers that she was worried her husband was missing.

In a video shared on her YouTube page, Katie claims she last spoke to Lee on Wednesday night. During this call, he was supposedly in a van, with his hands tied and told his wife people were “coming” for him.

Terrified by this, Katie has since been in contact with police forces in the United Arab Emirates, where Lee lives. After spending hours trying to contact her husband to no avail, Katie phoned the police.

“Then we got in contact with the police out in Dubai and I’ve got a head of CID out there, so it’s really worrying because me and Lee are in constant, constant contact all the time,” she said on her YouTube channel.

She added: “It’s worrying that his location has gone off. So then we contact the police, the embassy, so has his family. And so I’ve had the head of CID in Dubai trying to track Lee. So far, I got a message this morning, so now it’s three days, saying that no one can find anywhere in the country where Lee has been detained.

“They just can’t find it anywhere. We’re now wondering, as far-fetched as it is, if, well, he’s definitely a missing person now. I don’t know if he’s been kidnapped. I don’t know what’s going on. No one can find him in any prison, police station, anywhere in Dubai, the police can’t find any record of him.”

Katie went on to explain that she wasn’t going to publicly address the situation, but that there had been speculation that her husband had been arrested, which she continues to deny. The former model said that the police in the UAE wouldn’t go through Lee’s phone. On Sunday, it will be four days since she last heard from Lee and she will consider filing a missing person report.

“I’ve been told he hasn’t been arrested,” she said. Katie added that the police were assisting her enquiries, and Lee was a missing person. “It’s worrying that the last call I had with him, he had ties around his hands and a hood,” she said, adding that Lee was last seen in a van with mesh windows.

“I’m feeling really deflated, it’s the unknown, at the end of the day, it’s my husband,” she said, before saying she had questioned whether she should fly to Dubai, despite having professionals taking care of the situation for her.”
