Katie Price has shared an update on where she stands with husband Lee Andrews amid his Dubai jail saga – revealing that she’s prepared to divorce him if he doesn’t answer her many questions about his disappearance.

The Dubai-based businessman is currently being held in a Dubai prison after being detained last month. The news came weeks after Price revealed to the public that he had disappeared after failing to fly from his home in Dubai to the UK and that she feared he had been kidnapped.

At the end of May, Price finally tracked him down, revealing that he had been placed in Al Awir prison on suspicion of being a spy. Reports later emerged that he is being held there on claims relating to a private civil matter.

Speaking in a new interview with The Sun, Price made it clear that she’ll be divorcing Andrews if he can’t answer the various questions she has about his disappearance.

“I’m not a mug and when I finally see Lee, I am going to question him. And if the answers I get are not right, that will be it: I’ll be done,” she said.

“That’s it. And I’ll just get on with my life… and not find a man on Instagram and message him….”

Price later revealed in the interview that she was asked to pay £140,000 by the authorities for Andrews to be released, but is refusing to pay the amount.

“He’s in prison and the only way Lee will get out of prison, he has to sort it out himself,” she told the publication.

“That’s the end of that. If not, he’ll be prison. There’s nothing I can do. I’m not here to pay anything for anyone. I’ve got my own life. Even though he’s part of my life.”

On Tuesday 12 May, the day before Price stopped hearing from Andrews, the businessman failed to show up for an interview on Good Morning Britain with his wife. Price said at the time that Andrews “didn’t make the flight” because he had business commitments, however she has since confirmed that he has a travel ban.

“He did eventually tell me,” she told The Sun. “I said to him, ‘No one will bloody care if you’ve got a flight ban. It’s not a big deal. The big deal is, you keep videoing, saying you’re at the airport, and you’re coming to England, and you don’t turn up.’”

She said that she “really believed” that he was trying to get to England but “won’t stand for” his behaviour any longer.

Price and Andrews wed in January this year, just days after meeting for the first time. Since then, a number of claims about the businessman have made headlines – from him falsely claiming to have a PhD from Cambridge to AI-generated images of him with Kim Kardashian on his Instagram page.

At the weekend, Price declared her love for her detained husband amid rumours that she had split from him.

Sharing a photo of her wearing a huge diamond ring on her Instagram Story, Price wrote on Saturday (6 June): “I love @wesleeeandrews.”
