Atlantis Dubai to offer guests travel insurance costs as resort credit

Atlantis Dubai has introduced a new summer promotion offering resort credit across its two flagship resorts to Emirates passengers who purchase the airline’s new comprehensive travel insurance.

Valid until 30 September 2026, the offer gives international travellers resort credit equal to the value of their Emirates travel insurance premium. The promotion is designed to encourage travel to Dubai by providing additional value and flexibility for visitors.

Guests must present their Emirates travel insurance certificate at check-in. Once verified, the premium will be converted into AED and applied as resort credit, redeemable across dining, wellness and entertainment experiences at both resorts. Atlantis Dubai is also offering an extended cancellation window of up to three days before arrival for eligible stays.

At Atlantis, The Palm, guests receive complimentary access to Aquaventure World, home to 105 rides and attractions, and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, which houses more than 65,000 marine animals. Guests also have access to a range of acclaimed dining venues, including Nobu Dubai, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar and FZN by Björn Frantzén, while attractions such as Wavehouse combine dining and entertainment with bowling and arcade games for kids.

Atlantis The Royal, ranked sixth in The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025, offers sky pool villas overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. The resort is home to celebrity chef restaurants including Nobu by the Beach, Estiatorio Milos and Carbone Dubai, alongside its signature Skyblaze fountain, which combines fire, water and music by Hans Zimmer.

The initiative follows the launch of Emirates’ new comprehensive travel insurance policy in June 2026, offering conflict-related coverage with medical support, rebooking and accommodation during disruption.
