Atlantis Dubai Partners with Emirates to Reward International Guests

Atlantis Dubai has partnered with Emirates to reward international guests staying at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.

Travellers who purchase Emirates Comprehensive Travel Cover can receive resort credit equivalent to the cost of their insurance premium (up to AED 500/€120) to spend on dining, wellness and attractions across the resorts when booking a minimum three-night stay.

The offer is available for bookings and stays until 30 September 2026, giving travellers extra value alongside added booking flexibility.

A favourite destination among discerning travellers, Atlantis Dubai has introduced this value-added initiative to encourage travel to Dubai while offering guests greater flexibility and added benefits when booking their stay, reflecting the brand’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience through innovative partnerships and rewarding those who choose Dubai for their summer getaway. Available at both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, this added benefit is available to guests who purchase eligible Emirates travel insurance when travelling to Dubai. Redeemable as resort credit during their stay, it can be used across a wide range of experiences across both resorts.  Guests can also enjoy added flexibility with an extended cancellation window of up to three days prior to arrival, for stays until September 2026.

International guests staying at Atlantis, The Palm or Atlantis The Royal simply need to present their Emirates travel insurance certificate upon arrival. Once the certificate is verified during the check-in process, the AED equivalent of the insurance premium will be calculated and applied as resort credit to the guest’s stay, subject to applicable terms and conditions. The resort credit can be used to experience even more of Atlantis Dubai’s world-class offering, from award-winning dining and wellness experiences to the extraordinary entertainment and attractions available across both resorts.

  • This offer is valid for guests staying at both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.
  • An official certificate of insurance must be presented at the time of check-in in order to redeem the resort credit.
  • The offer is valid only on Emirates Comprehensive Travel Cover policies purchased directly through Emirates.
  • The offer is applicable only in countries where Emirates Comprehensive Travel Cover is available and valid.
  • The offer applies to bookings of three consecutive nights or more.
  • Consecutive bookings will be treated as one continuous stay for the purposes of this offer.
  •  The offer is valid only on insurance policies issued from 17 June 2026 onwards.

  • Resort credit is applicable on a per policy, per stay basis.
  • Resort credit is capped at AED 500 per stay.
  • Resort credit may be redeemed across participating food and beverage outlets, Aquaventure World and AWAKEN Wellness at Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm.
  •  Resort credit may only be applied against eligible charges billed to the guest room during the stay.
