Adrian Stoppe has been named as the new general manager of Conrad Dubai, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the luxury hospitality sector.

With more than two decades in international hospitality, Stoppe joins the Sheikh Zayed Road hotel to lead Conrad Dubai in ‘innovation, sustainability and exceptional guest experiences’.

Stoppe has held positions in luxury properties across Europe, Asia and the Middle East – most recently as the general manager of Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.

Before joining Hilton, he was general manager of Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara in the Empty Quarter. He has also held positions in brands including Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels Group in properties across Germany, Austria, the United States, Thailand, Malaysia, the Maldives and the UAE.

Stoppe started out in F&B operations, before progressing to executive leadership positions and is committed to a strategic focus on innovation, digital marketing, sustainability and wellness within hospitality.

In his new role as general manager of Conrad Dubai, Stoppe will oversee the hotel’s overall operations and strategic direction, focusing on strengthening its market presence, enhancing guest engagement and driving innovation across all aspects of the property.

Stoppe has consistently championed the belief that luxury hospitality must evolve alongside sustainability, innovation and authentic experiences.
