Disney Cruise Line’s Fall 2027 to Spring 2028 deployment features a return to New York City and Canada/New England, more cruises from Puerto Rico and Disney Destiny moving from Port Everglades to Port Canaveral.
Before then, on select select sailings from Singapore starting Dec. 31, 2026, Disney Adventure will call at Langkawi, Malaysia. Until now, the ship has operated three- and four-night cruises to nowhere.
“We are delighted to return to a guest-favorite port in New York, introduce maiden calls in Panama and continue visiting destinations throughout the Caribbean and beyond with our growing fleet,” said Tracy Wilson, SVP and GM of Disney Cruise Line operations.
Early bookings for select Castaway Club members open Aug. 31, with general bookings opening Sept. 8.
New York
Disney Cruise Line will return to New York for the first time since 2023, with Disney Wish arriving in late September 2027 after the ship’s inaugural Europe season. Seven departures of four- to seven-night sailings include five cruises to Bermuda.
Disney also returns to Canada/New England for the first time in nearly four years while sailing from New York. Disney Wish will visit Boston, Saint John (New Brunswick) and Halifax (Nova Scotia) in the height of autumn.
From New York, Disney Wish will sail to San Juan on a five-night voyage with a stop at Bermuda. The ship will then sail from San Juan on a seven-night Southern Caribbean cruises calling at Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire and Dominica, before repositioning to Port Canaveral.
There will be more opportunities to sail from San Juan onboard Disney Fantasy in Fall 2027 and Spring 2028. In December 2027, Disney Fantasy will offer a seven-night Southern Caribbean cruise from Puerto Rico, and a five-night Eastern Caribbean cruise at Port Everglades before returning in late April through May 2028, for two seven-night Southern Caribbean sailings with calls such as Curaçao, Bonaire, Barbados and Antigua.
Panama Canal
Disney Magic sail the Panama Canal in Fall 2027 and Spring 2028. In November, the ship will sail from San Diego on a 14-night eastbound cruise to Galveston, including a maiden call at Panama City. The following March, Disney Magic will depart Galveston on a 14-night westbound Panama Canal sailing to San Diego, with a maiden call at Colón, Panama.
From Port Canaveral
With three Wish-class ships in Port Canaveral starting in November 2027, families will be able to combine more cruises with Walt Disney World.
For the first time, Disney Destiny will homeport at Canaveral for three- to seven-night sailings to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Before then, the ship will open the Fall 2027 season at its current Port Everglades home, continuing three- to five-night Bahamas and Western Caribbean cruises.
Following the New York City and San Juan sailings, the Disney Wish will settle in Port Canaveral for three- and four-night Bahamas cruises that stop at Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Disney Treasure will continue seven-night sailings to the Eastern and Western Caribbean, visiting such ports as Tortola and Falmouth (Jamaica). Disney Treasure will also make one eight-night sailing to the Eastern Caribbean, and one six-night Bahamas sailing with two stops at Castaway Cay.
Disney Dream will also sail from Port Canaveral on three- and four-night cruises to The Bahamas before repositioning to Port Everglades in November 2027 for three- to five-night Bahamas sailings, and one six-night cruise making two stops at Castaway Cay.
Along with the Wish-class ships, Disney Fantasy will sail from Port Canaveral from September through November 2027 on four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean before repositioning to San Juan for four- to seven-night sailings to The Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean for the remainder of the season.
From Port Everglades, Disney Fantasy will also sail to Bermuda for the first time with an eight-night cruise visiting both of Disney’s private destinations.
From California and Texas
Disney will have two ships sailing from San Diego through early November 2027, as both Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will begin the season in California with three- to seven-night Baja and Mexican Riviera cruises. Disney Wonder will continue the Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 seasons in San Diego with three- to seven-night cruises, including stops at Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas and Catalina Island.
After its eastbound Panama Canal sailing, Disney Magic will return to Texas and spend the season on four- to-seven-night cruises from Galveston. Select seven-night Bahamas itineraries from Galveston will stop at both Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and Castaway Cay.
