Japan auto chief touts ‘win-win’ relationship, but Nissan shareholder Renault may object

TOKYO — Honda Motor touted its pending collaboration with Nissan Motor on Friday while facing skeptical shareholders, and President Toshihiro Mibe called the cooperation “quite far along, with some aspects close to an announcement.”
