Four Seasons Hotel Tunis is proud to announce Sea Fu Nights, an exclusive week-long culinary residency taking place at BLU Seafood Kitchen & Bar from June 22 – 28, 2026. For seven evenings only, the restaurant will welcome Chef Tej, a culinary force behind Sea Fu Dubai, the acclaimed beachfront Asian seafood restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, recognized by the Michelin Guide.

This landmark collaboration marks the first time Sea Fu’s signature flavours have been brought beyond Dubai, journeying across the Gulf and the Mediterranean to land on the shores of Tunis. Chef Tej will present an exclusive Asian fusion menu, thoughtfully curated for BLU’s setting, combining Sea Fu’s hallmark premium ingredients, refined technique, and bold umami-forward flavours with the spirit of Mediterranean hospitality that defines BLU Seafood Kitchen & Bar.

From signature Sea Fu dishes reimagined for the Mediterranean table, to an atmosphere that blends the glamour of Jumeirah Beach with the warmth of a Tunis evening, Sea Fu Nights promises to be one of the most distinctive dining events Tunis has seen this summer.

Highlights of Sea Fu Nights:

  • Seven exclusive evenings from June 22 – 28, 2026
  • A specially curated Asian fusion menu by Chef Tej of Sea Fu Dubai (Michelin-Selected)
  • Available for dinner service at BLU Seafood Kitchen & Bar, Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Tunis, BLU Seafood Kitchen & Bar is the city’s premier destination for coastal dining, offering the finest seafood in an elegant, atmosphere-rich setting overlooking the sea.
