Ekinciler Iron and Steel Industry Inc. shares to start trading on Borsa İstanbul

The company’s publicly offered shares with a nominal value of TRY 52 million will start trading on the Star Market as of May 22, 2026. A base price of TRY 45 will be applied for the shares.

Ekinciler Iron and Steel Industry Inc. shares will be traded on the stock exchange under the code “EKDMR.E” through the continuous trading method. In addition, the maximum order value for the related trading row was set at TRY 1 million.

In the statement submitted to KAP by Borsa İstanbul, it was stated that the shares in question were listed within the scope of Article 8 of the Listing Directive and that the trading principles were determined accordingly.
