It was yet another day of strong consolidation for the markets. The markets opened lower, but recovered in the second half to end Wednesday with a modest cut. The Nifty saw a modestly negative start; however, it grew weaker and went on to form the day’s low point in late afternoon trade. However, the second half saw the markets recover the bulk of their losses. The headline index closed with a modest loss of 77.95 points (-0.33%).This mid-cap
