Nazaara, a new contemporary Indian restaurant in DIFC, blends modern gastronomy with immersive Burj Khalifa skyline views.

Indian cuisine in the UAE has moved well beyond its traditional comfort-food roots, becoming a strong part of Dubai’s luxury and fine dining landscape. One of the newest additions to this evolving scene is Nazaara, a modern Indian restaurant in DIFC that combines contemporary Indian dining with immersive skyline views of Dubai.

Located in Emirates Financial Towers in DIFC, Nazaara is positioned as a skyline-driven dining destination with uninterrupted views of Burj Khalifa. The restaurant is designed to make the Dubai skyline part of the experience, turning the view into a visual extension of the meal. From sunset to nightfall, the atmosphere shifts dramatically, which enhances the dining journey.

The interiors at Nazaara reflect a modern luxury dining restaurant aesthetic in DIFC, featuring warm ambient lighting, refined materials, and a layout carefully structured to maximise panoramic skyline views with Indian flavours. The name Nazaara itself, which translates to “views”, reflects the essence of the concept, and that idea is central to the entire dining experience.

At the core of Nazaara’s identity is its modern interpretation of Indian cuisine, developed under consulting chef Pradeep Khullar. Rather than following a strictly traditional format, the menu is built around contrast, balance, and progression.

Dishes highlight bold Indian flavours, including tandoor notes, spices, and rich gravies reimagined with contemporary fine dining techniques. Some must-tries include Dahi Golgappe, Tandoori Cod Tikka, Baby Lamb Raan, Prawn Dum Biryani and much more. Each course is designed to evolve gradually, echoing the transition of the Dubai skyline outside.

The beverage program is integrated into the overall concept rather than treated as an add-on. Signature cocktails are crafted to complement the evolving flavours of the menu, reinforcing the idea of pairing not just taste, but mood and moment.

Nazaara reinforces Dubai’s position as a leading destination for elevated Indian cuisine, particularly within DIFC’s luxury dining scene. For diners seeking more than just a meal, it offers a reason to experience Indian fine dining that feels distinctly Dubai.

Where: Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, Dubai

When: Daily, from 12pm to 11.30pm
