The first public welfare-oriented urban cat-themed park in southern China, “Cat’s Park”, will be built in Panyu District, Guangzhou, following an agreement signed on May 7, 2026. The project is scheduled for completion and trial operation within nine months.

The park will be built on an underutilized urban green space, with a focus on animal care, veterinary services, and public education. It will also integrate waterfront leisure areas, family-friendly activities, sports facilities, and smart technology, aiming to create a year-round public space for urban residents.

The project will provide full-cycle care for stray animals, including veterinary care, behavioral assessment, and scientific adoption services. Public education programs and a life education exhibition space will be established, with annual outreach expected to reach over 100,000 people. The initiative promotes the concept of “adopt, don’t abandon” and scientific pet care.

The park will include cafés, themed retail, and creative markets, with 100% of operating income after costs channeled back into veterinary care, sterilization, food supplies, and facility maintenance—forming a self-sustaining “park-sustains-park” operational model.
