Quantum3D is showcasing a live AI-generated Level D simulation at WATS 2026 in Orlando, featuring a real-time flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport to Manhattan. The demonstration is running at Booth 413 from 5–7 May.

The simulation is powered by Quantum3D’s MANTIS S real-time image generator and was developed in collaboration with Blackshark.ai and Olmos. It demonstrates how AI-assisted content creation can accelerate development of Level D-compliant Common Database (CDB) training environments.

The New York scenario includes high-density urban rendering, real-world approach and departure environments from JFK in CDB format, and visuals applicable to both commercial aviation and eVTOL operations in dense urban airspace.

“Airlines and training centers need high-quality simulation environments faster and at scale,” said Murat Kose. “We are bringing AI-driven 3D world to Level D simulation; enabling faster, more flexible pilot training without compromising standards.”

MANTIS will also be shown running a range of Level D-compliant airports in CDB format. Quantum3D’s airport library covers more than 30,000 airfield models worldwide.
