Crypto lending firm Ledn Inc. has sold $188 million of securitized bonds backed by Bitcoin, making it the first ever deal of its kind in the market for asset-backed debt.
The deal comprises two bonds, including an investment-grade portion that priced at a spread of 335 basis points over the benchmark rate, according to people familiar with the matter, declining to be identified discussing private details.
