Ltd. announced that joint company secretary, alternate authorized representative, and Hong Kong process agent Ms. Chan Yin Wah has resigned effective 28 April 2026 for personal work reasons, with no disagreements reported with the board. The company has appointed Ms. Chan Ching Hi, an experienced corporate governance professional from SWCS Corporate Services Group, to these roles while retaining deputy general manager and board secretary Mr. Huang Haiqing as the other joint company secretary, reinforcing continuity and compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
