Yusuf Yenilmez, General Manager of OYAK Pazarlama Hizmet ve Turizm A.Ş., stated that the company is undergoing a comprehensive transformation process in line with OYAK’s 2030 vision. He emphasized that this process represents not only growth but a fundamental shift focused on sustainable value creation, with a complete redesign of the business model.

The company’s new strategy is built on three main pillars: digitalization, integration, and sustainability. It aims to establish an agile organization empowered by technology, driven by data-based decision-making. In this context, SAP S/4HANA has been integrated across the entire organization to enhance operational efficiency and measurability, while AI-supported systems have been implemented to strengthen predictive capabilities.

In the services and tourism segments, the company places people and customer experience at the core of its approach. Facility management and tourism operations are positioned not merely as technical processes but as experience-driven domains focused on building trust and delivering value.

Yenilmez also underlined that a strong corporate culture and employee experience form the foundation of sustainable success, noting that leadership must be built on trust, responsibility, and vision. He added that OYAK’s deep-rooted values and service-oriented mindset guide all decision-making processes, serving as the key to long-term, trust-based success.
