It’s no secret Pilates – in all forms – has become one of the go-to exercises here in the UAE, across the GCC and the entire world. But there’s one OG studio which started the popular workout here in the Emirates back in 2009. Real Pilates brought the globally recognised STOTT PILATES® method to the UAE 17 years ago and has never looked back. Now with three locations across Dubai, in Jumeirah, Meydan and JLT, the studio has a whole host of different workouts from

Launched by the Longevity Wellness Club, this new workout class is taking fitness into the future itself. Starting this Saturday, Lagree is arriving at the Museum of the Future for a series of sessions of high-intensity, low-impact training at one of the most iconic Dubai locations. The classes are set to run daily starting April 25 and will be priced at Dhs200 per class with a museum ticket or Dhs850 for five sessions.

This weekend, DRIFT Restaurant is bringing the party atmosphere of the French Riviera to Dubai with its famed White Party. The daytime celebration will mix refined dining, music and coastal glamour for a day of fun and elevated social energy starting from 12pm. With a whole à la carte menu of indulgent French dishes, make sure you dress in your chicest white outfit to party your Saturday away.

If you’re looking forward to some time at home, why not treat yourself to an indulgent delivery? Well, Le Relais de l’Entrecôte has you sorted. Their iconic steak-frites now comes baguette-style on Deliveroo – think sirloin, that signature secret sauce, and crispy fries, plus dessert on the side. The same Parisian ritual, just from your sofa. Prices start from Dhs89.

As the warmer weather is slowly starting to make an appearance, we’re on the lookout for indoor activities. And what better than an afternoon tea to indulge in? Head to the Atlantis The Royal to experience a curated signature afternoon tea courtesy of Executive Pastry Chef, Christophe Devoille. Priced at Dhs580 for two people, the full experience comes complete with a selection of 11 sweet and savoury items, a specially created mocktail, unlimited hot beverages and a special takeaway gift.
