The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has sealed 19 eateries and meat shops in Hastsal’s JJ Colony in Uttam Nagar for operating without a valid Health Trade Licence (HTL), officials said on Saturday.

The establishments in Blocks A, B and C were sealed by the Public Health Department of the West Zone in the presence of police personnel.
