Drugmaker Aurobindo Pharma on Friday (July 10, 2026) announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary in Indonesia with plans to undertake manufacturing operations there.
Wholly owned stepdown subsidiary PT Aurogen Pharma Indonesia has incorporated the new company PT Auro Pharm Indonesia and the authorities have approved the same on July 9. The objective is to undertake manufacturing operations in Indonesia, Aurobindo Pharma said in a filing.
