Katie Price returns to UK from Dubai amid ‘divorce’ rumours

The star flew to Dubai to see her husband Lee Andrews

Katie Price has arrived back in the UK after spending a few days in Dubai. It was reported that the former glamour model jetted off to see her husband Lee Andrews earlier this week. But Katie landed in Gatwick Airport in West Sussex without her husband or her wedding ring.

The couple tied the knot just days after confirming their engagement back in January. Lee and Katie made headlines last month when the businessman failed to appear on Good Morning Britain.

There were reports he had been detained, although these claims were dismissed by Katie. Lee later went “missing”, before the Mirror reported he had been arrested.

According to the Mirror, Katie has now landed back in England without her wedding ring. The star looked casual in a pair of black leggings, trainers, and an oversized pink Nike hoodie.

Throughout her trip she was seen wearing her ring, but as she touched down in the UK, it was notably absent.

Katie’s decision to ditch her ring comes as sources close to her have claimed that she has realised her marriage is over and will be heading to “the divorce court once again”.

A close friend of the star told the Daily Mail that Katie was mortified by Lee’s behaviour and how public the ordeal has become for her, suggesting that she would be looking at her fourth divorce.

They told the outlet: “Katie is in pieces. To the outside world she wants to keep up the bravado. But inside she can’t believe how Lee has made her look.

“He’s pulled the wool over lots of people’s eyes – especially women. And now, as it’s all being played out in the public eye, she’s at the forefront of the con.”

The source added that it’s looking like the pair will be going their separate ways:

They said: “Katie is so confused, but ultimately it looks like she will be heading to the divorce court once again.”

Katie wore sunglasses to keep a low profile as she walked through the busy terminal full of holidaymakers. As she left the airport, the star gave photographers outside of her car a thumbs up.

Katie previously told fans she had decided to take a step back from the situation when Lee was “missing”. She hadn’t had any contact with her husband in more than a week.

Speaking on her podcast “The Katie Price Show” last month, she said: “For my own sanity, I’m taking a step back. There’s only one person I also need to look after and that’s myself. I am now taking a step back and that’s it.”
