Vedanta enforces awards from decades-long dispute with India

The High Court in Delhi has enforced a pair of UNCITRAL awards won by a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources and its partners in a decades-long US$99 million dispute with India, rejecting the state’s arguments that enforcement was time-barred.
