Sullivan & Cromwell Employs Capital Markets Partner in Hong Kong

Steven Hsu joined Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner in its capital markets group in Hong Kong, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hsu’s practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including IPOs in Hong Kong and the United States, dual primary and secondary listings, and rights offerings. He also regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters, the firm said.

He joins from Paul Hastings, according to his online profile.
