Ryan Fedasiuk of the American Enterprise Institute says he expects that the U.S.’ allies will be given access to the “latest and greatest” AI models given the potential cybersecurity risks, but the key questions the White House is grappling with is whether the vetting of AI models prior to their public release should be voluntary, if it should involve review or proactive approval, and which government body would handle the process.
