The mall is one of the Middle East’s key shopping destinations and remains a shopping hotspot and a magnet for high-end brands, despite being under pressure from the current conflict in the region.

Importantly, the Dubai Mall is a huge draw for luxury shoppers and Kat Maconie said its new space “marks a significant expansion moment for the brand’s international retail presence and continued growth”.

The boutique will showcase the brand’s signature statement footwear collections alongside an immersive retail concept “designed to reflect Kat Maconie’s bold, colour-driven identity”.

It will cover 2,314 square feet and will serve as a key regional destination for the brand’s ready-to-wear footwear and accessories offering.

Kat Maconie products are positioned at the affordable end of the luxury segment with shoes retaining for around £230 up to a little over £300. The brand is known for its colourful shoes, particularly its sandals that feature multiple colours in one shoe, tassels and exotic bird imagery.
