IFE provider Moment announced a new partnership with SCAT Airlines a fast-growing carrier based in Shymkent KazakhstanIFE provider Moment announced a new partnership with SCAT Airlines, a fast-growing carrier based in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Signed on March 4, 2026, the agreement marks a new milestone in Moment’s international expansion, particularly across Central Asia, a region where airlines are increasingly investing in modern, flexible and revenue-driven passenger experience solutions.

Through this partnership, Moment supports SCAT Airlines with a fully customised and turnkey wireless IFE solution, designed to enhance the onboard journey while giving the airline full control over its digital ecosystem, content strategy and value-added services. Moment’s Flymingo Box has been deployed across SCAT’s Boeing fleet, providing a robust, aircraft-powered onboard digital infrastructure. Compact, autonomous and easy to deploy, Flymingo Box enables airlines to deliver high-quality entertainment and digital services directly on passengers’ personal devices.

Beyond hardware, Moment also acts as SCAT Airlines’ content service provider, delivering a rich and regularly renewed entertainment catalog tailored to a broad international audience. A key innovation of this partnership is the integration of SCAT’s onboard POS system with Moment’s Flymingo Box enabling seamless in-seat ordering capabilities. This enables passengers to browse, order and pay directly from their own devices, opening new opportunities for in-seat ordering and onboard service monetisation. By combining entertainment, services and onboard commerce within a single environment, Moment helps SCAT Airlines turn the passenger journey into a stronger lever for satisfaction, loyalty and ancillary revenue.

“This partnership is part of our broader commitment to continuously improve the onboard experience for our passengers while supporting the modernisation of our fleet,” said Vladimir Sytnik, Vice President of SCAT Airlines. “We were looking for a flexible and reliable solution that could be deployed efficiently across our aircraft, and Moment stood out as the right partner to meet these requirements.”

“We are delighted to partner with SCAT Airlines, our first customer in Central Asia, and proud to support such a dynamic and expanding airline in a fast-growing market,” said Tanguy Morel, CEO and Co-founder of Moment. “This agreement represents an important step in Moment’s international development and demonstrates our ability to support airlines’ digitalization strategies regardless of fleet size, aircraft type, or business model. With its agility and ease of deployment, Flymingo Box is particularly well suited to fast-growing airlines seeking to introduce inflight entertainment quickly and efficiently.”
