The Asia Fruit Logistica Southeast Asia Meet Up makes its highly anticipated return to Bangkok this May, and this year’s edition is set to surpass all previous ones. For the first time, the AFL DP World Fresh Produce Golf Cup is joining the programme, proudly supported by DP World as Title Sponsor. This reflects DP World’s role in enabling global fresh produce trade and sets the stage for three days of high-level networking, industry insights, and on-the-ground market experience.

Networking on the Greens

Far more than a sporting occasion, the AFL DP World Fresh Produce Golf Cup serves as a dedicated platform for senior executives and decision-makers from leading global fresh produce companies to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new, strategic connections. The initiative highlights the role of trusted relationships in enabling seamless logistics and efficient trade flows across key markets.

Participants will enjoy an 18-hole golf experience, including shared golf carts, caddie services, and all meals, complemented by convenient shuttle transfers between the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok and Riverdale Golf Club. To elevate the occasion, exclusive full use of the entire Riverdale Golf Club will be reserved for the event on the day.

Delegates from over 20 countries have already confirmed their attendance, including Vietnam, Belgium, Peru, Oman, Thailand, the US, Singapore, Pakistan, Turkey, India, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Australia, Greater China, Germany, South Africa, France, Korea, Israel, Portugal, Italy, Chile, Denmark, Lebanon, New Zealand and Philippines. This diverse participation underscores the event’s growing international reach and the rising strategic importance of Southeast Asia in the global fresh produce industry.

Spaces for the Golf Cup are strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested delegates are encouraged to register early and indicate their intention to participate in the Golf Cup when signing up for the SE ASIA Meet Up 2026.

SE ASIA Meet Up 2026: insights and opportunities

Immediately following the Golf Cup, the SE ASIA Meet Up 2026 will take place on 18 May 2026 at the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok. Co-organised with Fruitnet and supported by leading regional industry organisations, the conference brings together retailers, importers, exporters, and supply-chain partners to explore the key forces reshaping Southeast Asia’s fresh produce sector — from retail modernisation and digital transformation to the region’s rapidly expanding tropical fruit trade.

Delegates will enjoy access to conference presentations and the expo area, comprehensive conference materials, refreshment breaks, lunch, and a closing networking cocktail reception, with the option to join the industry study tour on 19 May.

Industry study tour: from import to retail

A standout feature of the Meet Up programme, the industry study tour on 19 May offers delegates an immersive, first-hand perspective on Thailand’s fresh produce supply chain. Confirmed visits include Talaad Thai – ASEAN’s largest wholesale market; Makro, a leader in the cash & carry channel; and leading retail chains Tops and Lotus’s.

This carefully curated tour provides a comprehensive view of the fresh produce journey, from wholesale distribution to retail shelves, delivering practical operational insights and valuable market intelligence.

Registration and Participation

Spaces for the SE ASIA Meet Up 2026, including the study tour, are limited. Industry professionals are strongly encouraged to register early to secure their place at this exclusive event.

For companies seeking enhanced visibility, sponsorship opportunities and exhibition booths are now open for booking—offering a unique platform to connect with global industry leaders on a deeper level.
