In vibrant West Jakarta, Indonesia—where history, energy and charm intersect—Dunkin’ is introducing a refreshing new guest experience.

On April 15, Dunkin’ unveiled its first restaurant with new franchisee PT Diamonds Donuts International (DDI), furthering the brand’s expansion across Indonesia. The new location on the ground floor of Puri Indah Mall in West Jakarta debuts an expanded menu and elevated cafe-style environment. All future Dunkin’ locations in Indonesia will open with this upgraded guest experience.

Rooted in its “YES ALL DAY” spirit, the transformation reinforces brand’s position as Indonesia’s go-to beverage destination—bringing moments of joy into everyday routines. Guests can explore a wider range of customizable and affordable coffees, teas, Refreshers and specialty beverages, spanning classic favorites and new flavors developed specifically for local preferences, like Iced Chocolate.

A revitalized menu features a selection of iconic Dunkin’ donuts along with crave-worthy snacks and freshly prepared savory sandwiches. Indonesian guests can enjoy the market-exclusive Beef BBQ Croissant—a croissant sandwich with a beef patty and omelette, seasoned with BBQ sauce, red onion radish and cheddar—and the Spicy Chicken Croissant—a croissant sandwich with chicken, mayonnaise, tomato salsa and red onion radish.

The new location showcases a modern cafe design, featuring a vibrant atmosphere with enhanced technology for guests, including self-ordering kiosks and Dunkin’s state-of-the-art Tap System, which perfectly pours the brand’s signature iced beverages.

For decades, Dunkin’ has been part of Indonesian daily life, serving its iconic coffee, donuts and baked goods to generations of consumers. With DDI as its new exclusive master franchisee and developer, the brand is entering a new phase of growth and reinvestment in the market—focused on elevating the guest experience while expanding access nationwide.

“Launching DDI’s first Dunkin’ location in West Jakarta marks a meaningful step forward for the brand in Indonesia,” said Juan Chene, managing director of DDI. “With this new chapter, we’re building on the Dunkin’ experience guests already know and love—enhancing every touchpoint, from our menu to the look and feel of our stores, and how we connect with our guests. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to bringing this evolved yet familiar experience to all new Dunkin’ locations opened in Indonesia moving forward.”
