Sandyford Properties, the multi-let industrial property company, has completed a 6,381 sq ft letting to a sports bar at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn, Cheshire.
McNamara’s Sports Bar & Lounge has taken unit 25-26 at the estate on a 10-year lease.
It will use the space as a sports bar, snooker hall and dart academy, representing the company’s third location in the North West.
Astmoor Industrial Estate comprises around 2.3 million sq ft of primarily industrial space and is now fully let to a broad range of tenants.
The estate provides dedicated loading and car park areas, level access loading doors to the front of each unit and office accommodation.
The estate is positioned in close proximity to junctions 11 and 12 of the M6 motorway, providing easy access to Liverpool and Manchester.
It is also located two miles from the 3MG Mersey Multimodal Gateway hub in Halton, facilitating excellent transport links by rail, road and sea.
