Multi-let industrial property company Sandyford Properties has appointed Charlie Grange as facilities manager to support the management of its growing portfolio.
Charlie will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and upkeep of Sandyford’s industrial assets across Staffordshire, Cheshire and the East Midlands.
He joins the firm from SFD Group, where he previously worked as scheduling and procurement assistant.
In his new role, Charlie will act as a key tenant-facing contact, overseeing on-site operations, coordinating maintenance activity and ensuring assets are managed efficiently and consistently across the portfolio.
He will also lead site inspections, manage contractor works and maintain internal records relating to property performance and maintenance issues.
Sandyford Properties owns and manages a 1.8 million sq ft portfolio of multi-let industrial assets across the UK.
