Vaping business Relx/Totally Wicked, has acquired the freehold of a 55,412 sq ft industrial unit in Blackburn, for an undisclosed sum.
It acquired Unit A at Prime Point from Manchester-based property developer, The Prime Group.
The acquisition forms part of Blackburn-based Relx/Totally Wicked’s expansion strategy.
The building is one of two units which make up phase one. The Prime Group successfully agreed a leasehold deal on a 50,000 sq ft unit (Unit B) to Spiroflow on a 15-year lease in February 2024.
