Harvey Holland Estate Agents has announced the opening of its new flagship headquarters in the heart of Chipping Norton.

A spokesperson for the brand said: “After an extensive search for the perfect premises, we are thrilled to have found a location that reflects both our vision and the high standards we bring to the property market.

“Our team of dedicated professionals will operate from this meticulously designed space, continuing to provide a seamless and personalised service across the Cotswolds.”

Harvey Holland has built a reputation for working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, but the brand provides guidance across the entire property spectrum.

Managing director Emma Brooks, who featured in Channel 4’s Britain’s Most Expensive Houses, said: “Discretion is a cornerstone of our service.

“We often have the privilege of handling truly exciting opportunities behind the scenes, and we take pride in keeping them confidential while delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.”

Dio Dames, creative director, added: “We invest heavily in each property to ensure it is presented and promoted to the highest standard.”

Having previously owned and operated a leading independent agency in Prime Central London, the Cotswolds was recognised as a “natural extension”.

“With the majority of our business coming from referrals and our extensive local network, Harvey Holland continues to combine discretion, expertise, and an unparalleled client experience,” added the brand.

“Our Chipping Norton headquarters represents not just a new office, but a new benchmark for luxury personalised property service in the Cotswolds.”
