Trafford Park industrial property specialist, Davies Harrison, has sold a second warehouse in the popular North West logistics destination in three weeks.
Acting on behalf of Media Co, Davies Harrison agreed an off market sale of a 23,896 sq ft warehouse for just over £4m.
The self contained property, which is situated on a 1.12-acre site on Churchill Point, was sold to a private family office.
Davies Harrison has been retained to let the vacant building alongside DTRE.
