Cumbria’s Milne Moser Solicitors strengthens property team

Stephen Greenwood has been appointed Head of Residential Property in the Kendal branch of Milne Moser Solicitors, where he will lead the firm’s growing property team. 

Mr Greenwood said: “I am delighted to be joining Milne Moser Solicitors and to take on the role of Head of Residential Property.

“Milne Moser has been serving the local community for over 200 years and has built an outstanding reputation during that time, while continuing to look forward and invest in the future.

“I am particularly pleased to be joining a firm that has been recognised nationally for its conveyancing work and that places such strong emphasis on the wellbeing and development of its staff.

“I look forward to working with the team to build on these strengths and to deliver an exceptional service for our clients.”

With more than two decades of experience in residential property law, Mr Greenwood brings significant expertise to his new role.

Milne Moser said: “A highly respected specialist, he is known for his practical approach, clear communication and strong client relationships.

“His expertise spans the full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold transactions and more complex property issues.

The solicitors, which has served the Kendal community for more than 200 years, has recently been recognised with a national conveyancing award.
