Commercial property in Ulverston to be auctioned in December

The three-storey building, situated at 16-18 Fountain Street, will be up for grabs on December 10, 2025.

Auction House Cumbria is hosting an event at The Halston Hotel on Warwick Road, Carlisle.

The property has a guide price of £95,000, excluding fees.

This town centre commercial property includes two reception or sales areas, a kitchen-diner, two office rooms, a bathroom, and attic space.
